      <image:caption>JAMES HASPEL James is responsible for managing executive and non-executive assignments across a range of business and functional specialisms. Working closely with a small group of long-standing managing partners, James is responsible for the firm’s strategy, business development and relationship management. Under James’s stewardship, JD Haspel has developed a reputation for excellence through integrity and delivery, and a culture based on fairness, teamwork and trust.   By way of background, James worked in HR for eight years at Bankers Trust and NatWest Markets before pursuing a career in executive recruitment, joining the financial services practice at Russell Reynolds Associates in 1997. He spent seven years with RRA where he was a partner and head of the UK banking and markets team before co-founding a boutique search firm in 2003. He launched JD Haspel Ltd in 2006.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>SALLY CLARK Sally is a non-executive director on the board of AIB UK, Citigroup’s broker dealer subsidiary, behavioural science consultancy Influence at Work, and start-up company KORE Labs. Sally is also a qualified coach running her own company, Frattina Services Ltd. In her executive life, Sally spent 33 years in financial services, primarily in internal audit roles. She worked at JPMorgan Chase, RBS and Barclays where she was latterly the Chief Internal Auditor, with a seat on the Executive Committee reporting directly to the Board. Sally obtained a Diploma in executive coaching from Strathclyde University whilst at JPMorgan Chase. She also holds an MBA from Warwick University and a BA in English and comparative literature.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>HEATHER MELVILLE Heather’s career spans over 40 years across Financial, Professional &amp; Technology Services, with a specific focus on international trade, entrepreneurship and corporate banking.  Heather is a business thought leader and an innovator with a notable track record of building high performing diverse teams. She has acted in an advisory capacity to FTSE CEOs across a multitude of industries and sectors. She is a highly respected and sought after public speaker, having addressed C-Suite leaders, senates, royalty, and global business audiences worldwide. Heather has won many accolades, including being listed on the Black Powerlist, as one of the 100 most influential black people in the UK.  She is a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC), whose purpose is to open channels of opportunity for black executives to positively impact business and communities, and the CFO's Diversity Forum for Business in the Community (FTSE100). Heather is also Patron of Women in Banking &amp; Finance (WIBF) and in June 2024 she became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. In 2017 Heather was awarded an OBE for her services to Banking and Financial Services. In 2022 she was inaugurated as the Chancellor of the University of York. Heather has acted as a Senior Advisor to a number of financial services, as well as a Trustee on the Board of Enfield Enterprise and until recently (following a 7-year tenure) was a Trustee on the Board for the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).  She now sits on the committee for Companions and has recently been elected to join the Everyone Economy Committee</image:caption>

      <image:caption>PAM WALKDEN Pam graduated from Cambridge University in 1981 with a Masters degree in Economics.  She has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry.  The majority of her career was spent with Standard Chartered, joining in 1991 and then retiring from full time executive work in December 2018. In 2019, she joined the Board of the Santander Group in Spain as a non-executive director, and took over the Chair of the Group Risk Committee in 2020, and is also a member of the Responsible Banking, Sustainability and Culture Committee. Pam is a lay member of the Welfare and Ethics Committee of the Royal Veterinary College. During her time with Standard Chartered, Pam was a member of the Global Management Team.  She served in a number of senior management positions, including as Group Head of Human Resources, Group Chief Risk Officer, Group Treasurer, Group Head of ALM and Regional Markets, Group Head of Internal Audit, Group Investor Relations Manager and Group Head of Corporate Affairs. In addition, she served as an independent member of the UK Prudential Regulatory Authority Regulatory Reform Panel and as a member of the European Banking Authority Stakeholder Group.</image:caption>
