After a decade of increased media scrutiny of financial services together with regulatory pressure, the business case for diversity and the competitive advantages it brings, are now well understood and widely supported. The resulting pace of change however, is slow. This is leading to frustrations that despite a plethora of effort, activity and well-intended commitment from the most senior levels, it appears that little progress is being made.

In this context, JD Haspel spoke with HR leaders from a range of financial services organisations to identify the practical and effective solutions organisations have found to create a more inclusive environment and drive accountability for diversity.
